Summer anime "Junjo Romantica 3" reveals key visuals and character setting drawings!　Illustrations of Kaoruko Usami and Mizuki Shiiba are also available!

The key visuals and character drawings for the TV anime "Junjo Romantica 3," which will start in July, have been released.

Junjo Romantica" is an anime work based on a BL (boys' love) manga by Shungiku Nakamura. The first and second seasons aired in 2008 and gained popularity. The director is Chiaki Kon, character design is by Yoko Kikuchi, and animation production will be handled by Studio Deen.

The key visuals and character set-up drawings have been unveiled. The character sketches show the main character Takahashi Misaki (CV: Sakurai Takahiro), a college student at Mitsubashi University's Faculty of Economics; Usami Akihiko (CV: Hanada Hikaru), a very famous novelist (and very successful BL author); Usami Kaoruko (CV: Mizuki Nana), Akihiko's cousin; Shiiba Mizuki (CV: Shimono Hiro), a cousin on Usami Akihiko's father's side; Akihiko's editor Eri Aikawa (CV: Noriko Namiki), Akihiko's best friend and Misaki's brother Takahiro Takahashi (CV: Noriaki Taniyama). The key visual depicts Akihiko holding Misaki in his arms.

<Story.
Thanks to the tutoring of her brother's friend, Akihiko Usami, a very famous novelist (and Boys' Love novelist), Misaki Takahashi was able to successfully enter college. When her brother is transferred to another city, Misaki finds herself living in Usami's apartment, but as she lives with him, she gradually becomes aware that her relationship with Usami and her feelings for him are changing. One day, Misaki's joy at knowing that she will be able to advance to the fourth year of college is short-lived when she is faced with a further ordeal: ......?
