Ultraman Izakaya "Kaiju Tavern" will be adapted into an anime! The TV anime "Kaiju Tavern Kampai! to start in July!

An anime adaptation of the Ultraman tavern "Kaiju Tavern" will begin airing in July as the TV anime "Kaiju Tavern Kampai! will begin airing in July.

This is an anime version of the Tsuburaya Productions-approved entertainment tavern " Kaiju Tavern," which opened in Kawasaki in March 2014 with the concept of "a bar where the monsters from the Ultraman series can relieve their nightly sorrows, refresh their spirits, and play new tricks for tomorrow. Each episode is 3 minutes long, for a total of 13 episodes.


The staff includes director Minoru Kawasaki, who has worked on live-action films such as "The Widow of Earth Defense," "Ika Wrestler," "Detective Zura," and "The Sinking of Everything but Japan," scripts by Minoru Kawasaki, Mamoru Nakano, Tomisaka Tomo, and others, and character designs by Elada Reiji and Shimizu Seiichiro (3D). Production is handled by DLE. It is co-produced by Bandai Visual, Tsuburaya Productions, and JR East Japan Planning.


Broadcast will begin on July 7 on TOKYO MX and July 9 on BS11. It will be distributed through Bandai Channel and other channels.

The monster bar is run by manager Bartan. Dada and Kanegon are the waitstaff. Regular customers include the Red King, Eleking, Gomorra, Gudon, and Zetton. King Joe and Twintail are also regular customers. Pigmon is a part-time worker! Popular monsters are all gathered together in this short, three-minute animation.
