Robot Girls Z+ Plus" web anime to feature Satomi Akezaka and Mariko Kunifuda!　Both will play the roles of enemy mechanical beasts.

The TV anime "Robot Girls Z" has announced new characters/cast members for the new web anime "Robot Girls Z+ Plus.

Robot Girls Z" is derived from "Toei Robot Girls", a moe character that appeared in 2009 as a promotional character personifying robots from robot anime such as "Gaiking", "Magne Robo Ga Keen", "Chojin Sentai Barattack", and "Planet Robo Danguard A". The original anime "Robot Girls Z" was created by turning "Mazinger Z", "Great Mazinger", and "UFO Robot Grendizer" into beautiful girl characters, and not only the three heroines but also the enemy mechanical beasts were depicted as beautiful girls (elementary school students, gals, etc.) wearing costumes. The new short movie "Robot Girls Z+ Plus" (8 minutes per episode x 6 episodes) will be released one per month starting on May 20, 2015.

The new characters/cast members from the new "Robot Girls Z+ Plus" have been unveiled. The two characters are Lightwave Beast Picdron (CV: Satomi Akasaka) and Gilgilgun (CV: Mariko Kunifuda). The BD/DVD will be released on November 11, and the event "Robot Girls Z Festival 2015" will be held in September; the BD/DVD will also include "Robogara Radio: If You Don't Listen, Everyone Will Be Full Bokko!
