Fusion of popular anime and traditional Kyoto craftsmanship! Nishijin long wallets inspired by the characters of "Kuroko no Basketball" are now on sale!

Nishijin long wallets featuring images of characters from the popular anime "Kuroko's Basketball" went on sale today, May 20, from Imperial Enterprises.

These authentic long wallets are made by Nishijin textile, a traditional craft of Kyoto, and will be available in seven types, each inspired by one of the seven characters of "Kuroko's Basketball". The seven wallets are made with the image of each of the seven characters of "Kuroko's Basketball." The colors and patterns of the woven patterns were carefully selected from classic auspicious patterns for each character, and the luxurious and gorgeous Donsu rugs are eye-catching. The netsuke are decorated with each character's school emblem and natural stone. The products will be delivered in a special box with an illustration of each character, and as a premium bonus, a "Nishijin brocade mini pouch matching the purse" will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis. Each item will be produced in a limited edition of 2,000 pieces, so those who want one are advised to pre-order early.

The features of each character are as follows.

Tetsuya Kuroko: Tsuta ni kozakuramon, sky blue
The ivy and kozakura motifs are arranged in a light sky blue that is perfect for Kuroko. It is discreet, but if you notice it, it is always by your side, just like a "phantom sixth man (Sixth Man)".

Koa Aoi Mon, dark scarlet
