Summer Anime "Rokka no Yusha" Announces Cast! Souma Saito, Yoko Hikasa, Aoi Yuki, Kenichi Suzumura, etc.

The cast and broadcast station of the TV anime "Rokka no Yusha", which will start in July, have been announced.



Rokka no Yusha" is an anime work based on a light novel by Ishio Yamagata published by Dash-X Bunko. It is a fantasy with an element of mystery in which six heroes reunite to prevent the resurrection of a demon god, but somehow seven of them end up getting together, and while they trust and cooperate with each other, they are plunged into a state of doubt and darkness. The director is Takahashi Tsuyoshi-san of "Wolf and Spice" and "Maoyu Maou Yuusha," assistant director is Sanpei Sei-san, composition and screenplay are by Urahata Tatsuhiko of "Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere," character design and chief animation director is Koiso Sayaka, and music is by Oshima Michiru. Music is by Michiru Oshima. Production is by Paschone.

The cast has now been released. The character sketches show Souma Saito as Adret, a "sneaky warrior" who specializes in attacks using secret tools; Yoko Hikasa as Nashetania, the first princess of the Kingdom of Pienaar who is so skilled that she won a prestigious martial arts tournament; Aoi Yuuki as Flemmy, a lonely girl who skillfully manipulates guns and bombs; and Kayo Kurokawa as Kurokawa, a sword fighter who speaks like a cat and moves with cat-like agility. The role of Hans, an assassin with an agile swordsmanship, is played by Kenichi Suzumura; Mora, a power fighter who can smash rocks with her iron fist, is played by Rina Sato; Chamo, a 14-year-old saint who is called the strongest in history, is played by Ai Kakuma; and Goldov, a knight who is said to be the strongest in the Order of the Black Horn in the Pienaar Kingdom Army, is played by Koki Uchiyama. Broadcasting stations are MBS, TOKYO MX, AT-X, and BS-11.


In addition, it has been decided to hold a public Nico Live on June 20 (featuring Souma Saito and others) and an advance screening of episodes 1 and 2 on June 27 (featuring Aoi Yuuki and others). Details will be announced later.
