TV anime "Arslan Senki" announces additional characters/cast members who will be active in the second half!　Kosuke Toriumi, Wataru Hatano, Aimi Numakura, Yumi Uchiyama

Additional characters/casts have been announced from the TV anime "Arslan Senki" currently airing.

Arslan Senki" is an anime based on the manga "Arslan Senki," which has been serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine since 2013 by Hiroshi Arakawa of "Fullmetal Alchemist" (manga) and Yoshiki Tanaka of "Legend of the Galactic Heroes" (original story). It is a historical fantasy that dramatically depicts a boy's growth and the days of bloody battles on a continent where intrigue and intrigue swirl. Directed by Noriyuki Abe, series composition by Makoto Uezu, and character design by Shingo Ogiso. Animation production: Raiden Film and Sanzigen.

The main characters/cast members who will be active in the second half of the cool season have been unveiled. Rajendra, the second prince of the great eastern kingdom of Sindulla, who is in a battle with the first prince for the succession to the throne, is played by Kosuke Toriumi; Jaswanto, Rajendra's subordinate, is played by Wataru Hatano; Alfredo, the daughter of Chief Zot, who declares that she will be Narsus' wife, is played by Aimi Numakura; and Arslan, who is taken prisoner by Pulse when Etoile, a knight in the Lusitania army who took Arslan hostage in a great escapade, is played by Yumi Uchiyama. Kosuke Toriumi (playing Rajendra)
--What was your first impression of the role when you were cast and what are the highlights of the role?
Although he is a prince of a country, he is not a pretentious person, and I think he is a very human character who shows us various expressions.
--What are your impressions of the original work (comics)?
I don't think he has appeared in the comics yet, but I wonder if he will soon. I am looking forward to it.
--What are the highlights of "Arslan Senki" and what do you want people to pay attention to?
I guess the part where Arslan grows up in a very epic story. Please look forward to the intertwining of Arslan and Rajendra.

Wataru Hatano (Jaswant)
--What was your first impression of the role when you were cast and what do you think are the highlights of the role?
He looks cool without much change in expression, but he is loyal and cares about the Lord. The conversation with Arslan.
--What are your impressions of the original work (comics)?
Each character is very unique and I can't wait to read what happens next! I am looking forward to Jaswant's appearance.
--What do you think is the highlight of "Arslan's War" and what do you want people to pay attention to?
The expression of bonds. I hope you can feel the invisible "connection" between the characters.

Aimi Numakura (Alfredo)
--What was your first impression when you were cast and what are the highlights of the role?
I was really surprised when I was cast! I hope I can express her vitality and pleasantness.
--What did you think when you read the original work (comics)?
It has an indescribable sex appeal, doesn't it? It's a wonder that even the characters who oppose Arslan are so cute.
--What are the highlights of "Arslan's War"?
The grandeur of the world of the work, the stories of each character, and the images and sounds that color them. If I were to list them all, they would all be worth mentioning.

Yumi Uchiyama (Etoile)
--What was your first impression of the role when you were cast and what are the highlights of the role?
I was as nervous and anxious as I was happy when I was cast as Etoile in such a popular production, but I am very grateful for this opportunity as an actor. One of the highlights is the interaction between Etoile and Arslan, who has a hatred for the pagan Pulse people.
--How did you feel when you read the original work (comics)?
At first, I was a bit nervous because it was a historical story, but when I actually started reading it, I was immediately fascinated by the worldview, and I quickly read all the way through to the latest issue. I was able to read the story from each of the fascinating characters' point of view, and I was excited to see this magnificent story and the characters in action as soon as possible. I was also very excited to read the book because Etoile, the character I will be playing, is active from the very beginning...! (Laughs)
--What are the highlights of "Arslan Senki" and what do you want people to pay attention to?
When I saw the anime, I felt as if I was watching the movie version, as the images and music were even more powerful. I am very happy to be able to play the role of Etoile among the eminent performers. I am sure that people of all ages will be captivated by the worldview, and I hope that you will enjoy the anime as well as the original work.
