Ajin", animated version to be produced by Polygon Pictures as a theatrical trilogy!　A science fiction suspense depicting mankind's battle against a new human race that will never die.

An anime adaptation of "Ajin" has been decided. Ajin" will be released as a trilogy of theatrical anime.

Ajin" is a manga series by Sakurai Gamon serialized in Good! It is a science fiction suspense story featuring Kei Nagai, a high school boy who dies instantly in a car accident, but is revived immediately afterward and turns out to be an "Ajin," an unknown new creature that can never die. The total number of comics sold has exceeded 3.2 million copies.

The animated version is produced by Polygon Pictures, which has won consecutive Annie Awards and Emmy Awards, known as the Oscars of the animation world, as well as worldwide acclaim for "Knights of Sidonia. Hiroyuki Seshimo, who directed "Knights of Sidonia," is the general director; Hiroaki Ando, who directed "Short Peace"; Koji Seko, who directed "Seraph of the End" is the series composition; Naoya Tanaka is the production designer; Yuki Moriyama is the character designer; and Yugo Kanno is in charge of music. Toho Film Division will distribute the film.

A teaser visual and the first special report have also been released.
