Summer anime "Jailhouse Gakuen," OP theme song "Ai no Prison" written by Kenji Ootsuki, and more!

A PV of the OP/ED theme song from the new anime "Prison School," which will start airing in July, has been released.




Prison School" is an anime work based on Akira Hiramoto's manga serialized in Young Magazine, and is a comedy about a former girls' high school with over 1,000 female students, where only five male students fight against their imprisonment by the beautiful girls of the "Ura-student council". The original manga was published in the 37th edition of the magazine. The original manga won the 37th Kodansha Manga Award in the general category, and the comics have sold more than 4 million copies through the 16th volume.


The anime version is directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, with series composition by Michiko Yokote, character design and chief animation director by Junichiro Taniguchi, and animation production by J.C. STAFF. Mr. Kazuyuki Okitsu as Andre, Ms. Sayaka Ohara as Banri (Chairman), Ms. Shizuka Ito as Meiko (Vice Chairman), and Ms. Kana Hanazawa as Hana (Secretary).


The PVs of the OP theme song "Ai no Prison" and the ED theme song "Sinful Prisoner's Anthem" have been released, which are sung by Hiroshi Kamiya, Katsuyuki Konishi, Kenichi Suzumura, Daisuke Namikawa, and Kazuyuki Okitsu under the name "Jail Boys. The OP theme song, "Ai no Prison," is also attracting attention because Kenji Ootsuki wrote the lyrics.
