I'M Intelligent Memory has released the "IMM2G64D3LSOD8AG-B15E," a DDR3L SO-DIMM with 16GB capacity.




The "IMM2G64D3LSOD8AG-B15E" has a 16GB capacity achieved by mounting 8Gbit DRAM on both sides of the board , and is "the world's first mass-produced memory module for consumers" ( Lynx International, distributor in Japan).

The main specification is PC3L-10600 (DDR3L-1333MHz) standard.
