TOKYO MX has announced the release of "M-CAS," a free application that allows users to watch TOKYO MX programs via the Internet.
This is a free application that can be used on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, and is available from theApp Store andGoogle Play Store. The first lineup includes anime, and anime programs previously limited to the Tokyo area will now be available nationwide.
The service also has a viewing reservation function, picture quality selection function, and a cast function that allows the programs to be projected on a large TV screen. It will be a valuable source of distribution for anime refugees living in rural areas.
