WD6001F9YZ, a 3.5-inch HDD with high durability specifications for data centers, is now available from Western Digital.

The WD6001F9YZ is part of the WD Se series of data center HDDs and features StableTrac, a motor shaft fixed at both ends to reduce vibration and stabilize the platter for accurate tracking during read/write operations. The new system also features "Dual Actuator Technology," which improves data track positioning accuracy by incorporating two actuators, and " RAFF Technology, " which compensates for linear and rotational vibrations in real time.
