The "Shinkage no Kyojin" Part 2: Wings of Freedom" was released in theaters nationwide on Saturday, June 27, 2015, and on Saturday, July 4, a special stage greeting was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 to celebrate the blockbuster success of the film.

Following the opening greeting held on June 27 (Sat.), this year's event again drew 10,000 applicants from all over Japan, out of which 400 lucky winners filled the venue.

This time, Hiroshi Kamiya, who plays Captain Levi, Daisuke Ono, who plays Commander Erwin, Tetsuro Araki, the director, and Hajime Isayama, the author of "Shinkage no Kyojin," took the stage, as if at a "summit meeting" to bring together the Survey Corps and the film.
