The release date of the animated film "The Glass Flower and the Breaking World" has been set for January 9, 2016. New information has also been released.
Glass Flowers and the World to Break" is an original anime film by Pony Canyon and A-1 Pictures, and is a scenario and illustration work by "Physics Point", a creative unit that won the grand prize in the "Animation Grand Prix powered by Pony Canyon" that was held from June to September 2013. The film is based on the scenario and illustration work "D.backup" by "Physics Point," a creative unit that won the "Animation Grand Prize powered by Pony Canyon" from June to September 2013, and will be produced by Pony Canyon and A-1 Pictures, which were involved in the selection of the winning entry. Directed by Masashi Ishihama, director of "From the New World" and "Shinkoku no Kyojin" (opening director), script by Fumihiko Shimo of "AIR" and "CLANNAD," and character designs by Kantoku of "The Perverted Prince and the Cat That Doesn't Laugh. The screening start date has now been set for January 9, 2016.
