It was announced that a collaboration event will be held at Tokyo Skytree from the anime film "YAMUSUME PEDAL THE MOVIE," which will be released on August 28, 2012.

The anime "YAMUSUME PEDAL" is based on the manga by Wataru Watanabe, which is serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion. It is a sports story about an otaku boy who enters the world of cycling after meeting his friends and aims for the Inter-High School Championships. The total number of copies of the original comics sold exceeded 13 million, and the second TV anime season, "Weak Pedal GRANDE ROAD," was broadcast from October to March 2015.
