Karamucho Ramen Fest", Akihabara's Fukunokami Shokudo participates with "Cold Mucho Tantanmen"! 35 servings each day starting July 20

Karamucho Ramen Fest" will be held from July 20.

This is a collaborative project between "Wapokai" (short for "young-ish association that will change ramen in Japan"), a community of young ramen store owners to which "Fukunokami Shokudo" in Akihabara also belongs, and Koikeya, well known for its spicy snack "Karamucho". Ten Wapokai stores will offer creative ramen dishes using "Karamucho" and "Sppamucho". The event will run until August 10. For details, please visit the special website (http://koikeya.co.jp/ramen-fes/).

Fukunokami Shokudo will also offer a limited number of "cold muncho dandanmen" (900 yen), limited to 35 servings each day (*Servings will be divided between day and night on weekdays and immediately after opening on weekends). The rich and creamy chilled soup is topped with "bright red Karamucho Chips Super Red Hot Chili Flavor" and "Wave Type Cheddar Cheese Flavor" to create a spicier and richer flavor. The flavor of minced meat and the sourness of tomatoes also add a nice accent, and the spiciness that comes slowly afterwards makes this chilled noodle dish addictive! The restaurant says.
