The web animation "Monster Strike" will start on October 10.

Monster Strike" (MonSt) is a smartphone game application by mixi, Inc., which operates the social networking service "mixi. The game is characterized by action elements such as defeating enemy monsters by hitting them with balled-up fellow monsters. The game is also popular for its cooperative play and monster synthesis/evolution, and has become a popular title with over 30 million users worldwide.

The animated version of the game will be distributed on YouTube every Saturday starting October 10. The anime will be distributed in English, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean, and other languages in addition to Japanese as a short work of about 7 minutes per episode. The director is Mr. Kazuya Ichikawa, the story and project structure is by Mr. Shiro Ishii (general director of "428: Blockade in Shibuya", etc.), the series structure and script is by Mr. Yoichi Kato (series structure and script of "Yokai Watch", "Aikatsu! Series composition and script by Yoichi Kato ("Yokai Watch," "Aikatsu!"), character design by Tatsuro Iwamoto ("Ace Attorney" character design, etc.), and production by Studio Hibari and Ultra Super Pictures. The cast includes Yusuke Kobayashi as the main character Flame Ren, Jun Fukushima as the mascot character Oragon, and Lynn in an undetermined role.
