Layer Support," a home-delivery cleaning and storage service for cosplay costumes, has begun.

This is a new service offered to cosplayers by Huxui Corporation, a long-established dry cleaner in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Many cosplay costumes are handmade, and many cosplayers are concerned that ordinary dry cleaners will not accept them, that they are too expensive to send out, or that they are not sure if they can be washed in the first place. Therefore, at "Layer Support," professionals diagnose whether or not a costume can be cleaned, and suggest washing, drying, and storage methods suited to the costume. The procedure for using this service is as follows: Free diagnosis on the official website (http://layersupport.hakusui-cleaning.co.jp/) → Order from the form → A delivery kit will be sent to you and you send it back with the costume → After the costume arrives, an estimate and medical checkup chart will be sent by e-mail → Once payment is made, you can return the costume within 2 business days at the most. After the payment is made, the costume will be cleaned and sent back within 2 weeks. The fee for the basic course is 4,000 yen for one set of costumes (up to 5 components), and 5,000 yen for the deluxe course for one set of costumes (6 or more components). Options include shoe and boot surface washing for 1,000 yen, shoe and boot washing for 2,000 yen, and costume storage (1 year) for 1,000 yen.

Three cosplayers, Nagisa, Yu, and Yusa Kanzawa, have been appointed as advertising image characters. They will be active in events and advertisements.
