NoitaminA Film "Slaughter Organ" Announces Cast!　Yuichi Nakamura, Kaito Ishikawa, Yuki Kaji, Akio Otsuka, Takahiro Sakurai, etc.

Noitamina's "Project Itoh," an anime adaptation of a novel by the late Keisuke Ito, has announced the cast for "Slaughterhouse" to be released on November 13.

This project, the second noitamina movie following the blockbuster hit "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass the Movie," is based on the original full-length novels "Slaughter Organ" and "Harmony" by Keisuke Ito, who died prematurely in 2009 at the age of 34, and his 30-page preface, which was written by his close friend and Akutagawa Prize-winning author, Akutagawa Shoichiro. The three novels, "Slaughter Organ" and "Harmony," were written by Akutagawa Prize-winning author Tou Enjou, who is known as a close friend of Keigeku Ito.

The cast of "Slaughterhouse", which will be released on November 13, has been unveiled. The main character, Captain Clavis Shepard, an elite member of the only elite unit in the U.S. military that conducts assassination missions, is played by Yuichi Nakamura; Williams, a talented special forces officer led by him, is played by Tetsu Mikami; Leland is played by Kaito Ishikawa, Alex by Hiroki Kaji, and their boss, Colonel Rockwell, is played by Their boss, Colonel Rockwell, is played by Akio Otsuka, John Paul, an American linguist who is the target of a pursuit mission and is believed to be sowing the seeds of conflict around the world, is played by Takahiro Sakurai, and Luzia Shklopova, a student who once had a relationship with John Paul, is played by Sanae Kobayashi.

I auditioned for this film last year in 2014. I was 34 years old at the time, and I felt a strange connection (selfishly!) to the fact that I might be able to participate in Keisuke Ito's work at this time. What does Kravis, a military man, feel and do in his own world? What a single word can create. What will he think when he encounters "Slaughterhouse"?
