GARUPAN collaborates for the third time with blood donation rooms in Ibaraki Prefecture! Distributing 3 sets of commemorative items from August 1 on a first-come, first-served basis.
The anime "Girls und Panzer" and the Ibaraki Prefecture Red Cross Blood Center will collaborate on a blood donation campaign from August 1 to 31 at blood donation rooms in Ibaraki Prefecture.
The collaboration is inspired by the fact that "Girls und Panzer" is set in the town of Oarai, Ibaraki Prefecture. In Ibaraki Prefecture, the number of blood donors has been decreasing for three consecutive years after peaking in 2011.
This year, the third collaboration following last year's, two can badges, two posters, and a clear file will be distributed to those who donate 400 mL of blood in sets of three. Distribution will end when all the prizes are gone.
The distribution will take place at the Mito Blood Donation Room, Tsukuba Blood Donation Room, and Hitachi Blood Donation Room. On August 13/14 and Saturdays and Sundays, the blood donation will be accepted only in the afternoon, and the first 10 people to register will be accepted (at the Mito blood donation room only).
