The U3HC-AP412BWH is a 4-port USB 3.1 (Gen1) hub with USB Type-C connector. It is equipped with two USB Type-C (female) ports and two USB A (female) ports, and supports a maximum power supply of 5V3A for the four ports in total , which is enough to supply power even without an AC adapter.
