Tamayura holds its fourth strange festival "Momoneko-sama Festival" in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture!　Also the first Virgo event on Osakishita Island!

From the anime "Tamayura: Graduation Photo" comes the report of the event "Momoneko-sama Festival 2015".

Set in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, the "Tamayura" series depicts the daily lives and modest dreams of high school student Sawatari Kaede, who loves photography, and the people around her; the OVA "Tamayura" was broadcast in 2010, the first TV anime season "Tamayura~hitotose~" in October 2011, and the second TV anime season "Tamayura~Moagureshitsu~" in July 2013. Tamayura ~Moagureshibu~" was broadcast in July 2013 and gained popularity as a daily healing animation. Then, "Tamayura: Graduation Photo" will be sequentially screened from April 2015 as the concluding 4-part work.

Following "Part 1: Buds - Kizashi" on April 4, "Part 2: Hibiki" will be screened on August 29, and "Momoneko-sama Festival 2015" will be held on July 25 at Takehara Shopping Park Aifuru 316 (Takehara Station Shopping Street) in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, where the work is set. Momoneko-sama Festival 2015

The "Momoneko-sama Festival" was held for the fourth time this year since 2012. The "Momoneko-sama Festival" is a festival to express daily gratitude to the mysterious cat "Momoneko-sama" that appears in the main story of the "Tamayura" series and even erected a stone statue in the shopping arcade, and now has become the guardian deity of Takehara, and to comfort the people of Takehara, and to promote exchange between all Tamayura and Takehara people, and to pray for their future safety and health. This is a strange festival to pray to Momoneko-sama for the future safety and health of the people of Takehara and the people of Tamayura.
The event welcomes visiting fans with a variety of booths selling goods such as "Momoneko-sama Great Thanks Super Free Market 2015" and "Official Momoneko-sama Goods for Sale" where Momoneko-sama goods made by local residents are sold.
The "Momoneko-sama Hero Show" will be held on a special stage in the center of the shopping street for the first time this year. The story is about a hero dressed as Momoneko-sama who protects the town from bad guys such as cats and boars, with Yuko Gitake passionately playing the role of the sister and cat. Whenever Momoneko-sama was in trouble, the audience, young and old, cheered loudly for her. After the event, Momoneko-sama shook hands with the cheering fans.
Yukari Fukui and Ryo Hirohashi also participated in the following stage events, which included the "Momoneko-sama Penitentiary Room" where audience members repented to Momoneko-sama and were judged, the "MMNK 3rd Championship Match" where Tamayura (Tamayura fans) and Takehara (local Takehara representatives) competed on the theme of mind, technique, and body, and other customary The "MMNK 3rd generation championship" and the new "Momonekosupure competition" were also held. In the "MMNK 3rd generation championship match," Tamayura, who had lost two consecutive matches until now, beat Takehara for the first time and became the 3rd generation champion.
In the latter half of the event, fans, Takehara residents, and cast members on stage danced "Momoneko Ondo" as one in "Let's dance Momoneko Ondo together" and the tension of the festival reached its peak.
As the sun set, the final event of "Momoneko-sama Festival 2015" was "Momoneko Korikaru Pareto 2015 Summer Gods and Gods," in which Momoneko-sama, wrapped in glittering lights, paraded through the shopping district with 48 elite members in the lead. The parade music included the traditional "Momoneko Ondo" and a new, more upbeat song, "Momoneko Samba," and the event ended with the shopping arcade enveloped in a feverish atmosphere that did not lose to the summer heat.

Asaon Sakurada Stage Show in Otomeza

Osakishita Island in the Seto Inland Sea is the hometown of Asane Sakurada, one of the characters in the "Tamayura" series.
The first "Tamayura" event was held at "Otomeza," a playhouse that appears several times in the play and is a place of memories for Asane.
At the entrance of the venue, a hand-painted signboard with a nostalgic atmosphere greeted the audience.
When it was time for the performance to begin, a scene from "Otomeza" depicted in the main story of the series was shown. After the video ended, Yuko Gitake, who plays the role of Amane, performed a newly written reading of the play.
Yukari Fukui, Ryo Hirohashi, and music director Yasuno Sato joined the audience for a lively talk about the previous day's "Momoneko-sama Festival," the first event at "Otomeza" in Osakishita Island, and "Part 2: Hibiki," which will be shown from August 29.
The second half of the event was a game corner in which teams of Ms. Fukui, Mr. Hirohashi, and Ms. Sato challenged Mr. Gitake, who plays the role of Amane, to a game called "The Great Battle of Otomeza! Challenge Amane" was held.
