Lance and Masks" is an anime work based on the light novel "Lance N'Masques" by Hideaki Koyasu, who has written the scripts for anime works such as "YuruYuri" and "GJ Club. It is the first anime title for Pony Canyon's light novel label "Pony Kyan Books," which has been developing since December 2013, and is directed by Kyouhei Ishiguro of "April is Your Lie," with series composition and screenplay by Hideaki Koyasu, the original author, and animation production by Studio Gokumi.
