<Story
In the fall of 1937, the spark of World War II is still smoldering, and the "D Agency," a spy training division, is secretly established by Lieutenant Colonel Yuki of the Imperial Army.
Contrary to the Army's tendency to honor the best and brightest of its soldiers, the young men selected to join the agency were graduates of ordinary universities in Tokyo and Kyoto, who had passed the superhuman selection tests without a hitch. Under the supervision of Lieutenant Colonel Yuki, who has the wits of a magician, they learn how to handle explosives and non-electric devices, how to fly cars and airplanes, and even how to pickpocket and crack safes.
The D Agency, which believes that suicide and murder are the worst options for spies who want to keep a low profile, is fiercely opposed by the Army, but it manages to deceive its allies, outwit its enemies, and operate in the dark around the world.
Tokyo, Shanghai, and London ...... are the locations where this intelligence mystery unfolds around the world.
