Anime version of "Ship This," first theatrical version to be released by the end of 2016!　Production will proceed simultaneously with the TV series sequel

The TV anime "Fleet Krekkeshon" has announced the production of its first movie version.

Fleet Konnichiwa Games and DMM.com have created the browser game "Fleet Konnichiwa". The game is about collecting "kanmusume (ship girls)," moe personifications of actual warships of the former Japanese Navy, and fighting enemies while strengthening one's own fleet. At the end of the episode, it was announced that a sequel to the TV series would be produced.

This time, at the event "The Second "Ship Watching" Ceremony" held last weekend, it was revealed that the first theater version of the series will be produced. The theater version is scheduled to be released by the end of 2016, and production is said to be concurrent with the TV series sequel. Other details have yet to be announced, but it looks like "Ship This" will be even more exciting in 2016.
