Library War," a free collaborative event between the animated and live-action versions, will be held in September! Screening of two films and talk show

A collaboration event between the anime version of "Library War" and the live-action version of "Library War" will be held.

Library War" is a novel set in a fictional modern Japan where the "Media Renaissance Law," which regulates expression that disturbs public order and morals, is enforced. The series has sold a total of over 5.7 million copies and has been made into an animated TV series, an animated feature film, and a live-action movie.

To commemorate the release of the latest live-action movie "Library War THE LAST MISSION" on October 10, a collaboration event between the anime and live-action versions will be held. Entitled "Library War Fan Meeting: Kamitsure no Yubei" (Evening of Kamitsure), the event will feature screenings of the past theatrical anime and live-action film. In addition, there will be a talk by the original author, Hiroshi Arikawa, and the producers.


The event is free of charge, and 140 pairs of 280 people will be invited to attend. The winner will be able to attend the event with his/her companion.
