TheSAMSUNGMZ-75E2T0B/IT2.5-inch SSD with 2TB capacity is scheduled to go on sale tomorrow, Saturday, August 29.




The MZ-75E2T0B/IT is part of the company's 850 EVO series and features 2TB, the largest capacity for a consumer model.

The NAND flash is "3D V-NAND" consistingof 32 stacked 128Gbit chips.The controller is the newly developed "Samsung MHX" and 2GB of power-saving LPDDR3 SDRAM is installed as cache memory.

Main specifications includesequential transfer rate of540MB/secread, 520MB/sec write, 98,000 IOPS random read, 90,000 IOPS random write, MTBF of 1.5 million hours, and 150TBW write endurance.
