SAMSUNG has released theMZ-7KE2T0B/IT,a 2 TBSSD with a 10-year warranty.

The MZ-7KE2T0B/IT is part of thecompany's highly durable850 PRO series, andfeatures the largest capacity of 2TB for a consumer model. The company's "MZ-75E2T0B/IT" SSD with 2TB capacity was already released at the end of last month.

The NAND flash uses"3D V-NAND"with 32 stacked 128Gbit chips.The controller is the newly developed "Samsung MHX" and the cache memory is 2GB of power-saving LPDDR3 SDRAM.

Main specifications includesequential transfer rate of550MB/secread, 520MB/sec write, 100,000 IOPS random read, 90,000 IOPS random write, MTBF of 2 million hours, 300TBW write endurance, and 10-year warranty.
