LGA1151-compliant H170/B150 motherboards are now on sale from various companies! ASRock Edition

Motherboards withthe latest LGA1151 chipsets Intel H170 Express and Intel B150 Express arenow available from ASRock.

The lineup consists of five Intel H170 Express models:the Fatal1ty H170 Performance, H170 Pro4, and H170M Pro4; and Intel B150 Express models: the Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4and B150M Pro4" for a total of five models.




The "H170" and "B150" chipsetsare the lower-end models of thepreviously introduced "Z170.The mainstream-oriented "H170"removes theoverclocking feature andmulti-GPU support fromthe "Z170," while the chipset's PCI Express 3.0 lanes have been changed from 20 to 16 and USB 3.0 ports from 10 to 8. The business-oriented B150, a subset of the H170, omits 8 PCI Express 3.0 lanes and 6 USB 3.0 ports from the chipset.



The Fatal1ty H170 Performance and Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4 are ATX motherboards that belong to the company's FATAL1TY series of gaming-oriented models.

The Fatal1ty H170 Performance is the company's top-of-the-line H170 motherboard model, featuring a 10-phase power circuit and Nichicon 12K Platinum capacitors.

M ain specifications include two PCI Express 3.0 x16 expansion slots and three PCI Express 3.0 x1 expansion slots , and four DDR4-2133 DIMMs of memory (up to 64GB).Other features include 6 SATA 6Gbps, 1 SATA Express, 1 Ultra M.2, Gigabit LAN, 7.1-channel sound, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and PS/2 ports.


The Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4 is a B150-based motherboard with a Killer E2400 series LAN controller.

The main specifications include two PCI Express 3.0 x16 expansion slots and three PCI Express 3.0 x1 expansion slots, and four DDR4-2133 DIMMs of memory (up to 64GB). The H170 Pro4 and H170 Pro5 are equipped with one HDMI and one DVI monitor output, six SATA 6Gbps, Gigabit LAN ( Killer E2400 series), 8-channel sound, USB 3.0, and other features.



The H170 Pro4 and H170M Pro4 are standard models equipped with the H170.

The main specifications of the H170 Pro4 in ATX form factor include two PCI Express 3.0 x16 and three PCI Express 3.0 x1 expansion slots. 2133 DIMM x 4 (max. 64GB). Other features include 1 x HDMI and 1 x DVI monitor output, 6 x SATA 6Gbps, 1 x SATA Express, 1 x Ultra M.2, Gigabit LAN, 8-channel sound, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and PS/2 ports.

The B150M Pro4 is a standard microATX form factor model featuring the B150.

Main specifications include two PCI Express 3.0 x16 expansion slots and two PCI Express 3.0 x1 expansion slots, and four DDR4-2133 DIMMs of memory (up to 64GB). Monitor output ports are HDMI x 1, DVI x 1, and D-Sub. Other features include SATA 6Gbps x 6, Ultra M.2 x 1, Gigabit LAN, 8-channel sound, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and PS/2 ports.
