Bandai Announces 2.5-Dimensional Idol Nurturing Content for Women "DRIFES! is announced!　All media are linked by cards

Bandai has announced that the 2.5D idol support project "DRIFES! a project to support 2.5-dimensional idols.

Targeting women in their teens to thirties, the project will be developed through a wide range of media, including app games, CDs, goods, music videos, and live events. In addition, all media will be linked with the official support item "DOLIFES! Card," an official support item for all media, and in spring 2016, along with the release of the card, a free app game for smartphones called "DOLIFES! cards, and in the spring of 2016, a free application game for smartphones, "DriFest!

The content of the game is a story about the growth of five new male idols belonging to a fictional entertainment agency. Fans can purchase "Dorifes! Cards" (commonly known as "Dorica") to support the idols, and the idols receive Dorica on stage and use them to change their costumes and perform special stage acts. In this way, fans and idols work together to make the live show a success, and new idols grow as a result.

The 3D cast will be announced on October 10, and from November 7 to 8, a collaborative menu will be available at Nanja Town, a theme park in Ikebukuro Sunshine City. There will also be a handover event of promotion cards by the actual cast members and a talk live performance.

Although no anime adaptation has been announced, the promotional video will feature dance motions by 3DCG models, camera work with a live feel, and costume change scenes using "DOLIFESSE! card" and costume change scenes.
