Web-based anime "The Balance of Osiris" to be broadcast on terrestrial wave on September 22!　Total 10 episodes including unreleased episodes

The broadcast of all 10 episodes of the anime "The Balance of Osiris," currently being distributed on Fuji Television On Demand, has been announced for terrestrial broadcast.



Osiris no Tenbai" is the first original anime on the entertainment service "Fuji TV on Demand. It is a 5-minute short story depicting the tragicomedy of a conversation between the main character, an assassin, and his target. Produced and directed by Yusuke Fujikawa of "Nobunaga Concerto" fame, and written by Takeo Kasai of the live-action drama "NIGHT HEAD. In addition to Yuki Kaji, who plays the main character, the cast includes Yoshimasa Hosoya, Ryohei Kimura, Kenichi Suzumura, Daisuke Namikawa, Yukitoshi Kikuchi, Mamoru Miyano, Unsho Ishizuka, Asuna Tomari, Jun Fukuyama, Miyuki Sawashiro, Nao Fujita, Tak Yashiro, Rika Abe, and Yuka Komatsu.

A broadcast of all 10 episodes, including previously unreleased episodes, will be aired on Fuji Television from 26:25 on September 22, 2012. After the program, episodes 9 and 10 will also be available on Fuji TV On Demand.


＜The story is set in the present day.

The story takes place in the present day. The main character is an assassin shrouded in mystery. For some reason, he has almost no organs on the left side of his body. As a result, his body is weak and he is not proficient in physical skills, let alone in the handling of a gun. The main character ...... is far from being an assassin.
However, one special ability makes him a special assassin. It is a very slight psychokinesis. It is a minute psychokinesis that can cause a slight ripple in a glass of water. With this power, however, he destroys the brain of his target, rendering him brain-dead, and donates his target's organs for transplantation.
Whenever he receives an assassination request, he always meets the target directly and talks with the target himself. To confirm whether the target is really the person to be killed.
Who is he, why did he become an assassin, and why does he want to use the target's organs for transplants? ...... As the story progresses, the secrets are gradually revealed.
