The inexpensive SanDisk 2.5-inch SSD "X300" series now includes 512GB & 1TB models!

The SD7SB6S-512G-1122, a 512GB capacity model and the SD7SB6S-010T-1122, a 1TB model of the inexpensive SanDisk 2.5-inch SSD "X300" series, are now available.




The SD7SB6S-512G-1122 and SD7SB6S-010T-1122 are 2.5-inch SSDs (SATA 3.0 connection/7mm thickness) that achieve a low price by adopting TLC NAND in the NAND flash. It also supports low power consumption technologies " DEVSLP" and "InstantGo" in addition to its unique hierarchical cache technology " nCache2.0 " to achieve high endurance and performance.


The SD7SB6S-512G-1122 features sequentialtransfer rates of up to 530 MB/s read and 470 MB/s write, and random transfer rates of 94,000 IOPS read and 70,000 IOPS write.

The SD7SB6S-010T-1122 has sequential transfer rates of up to 520MB/s read and 460MB/s write, and random transfer rates of 98,000 IOPS read and 67,000 IOPS write.
