Animated film "Wound Story" to be released in theaters on January 8, 2016 as a trilogy!　I Iron Blood Arc, II Hot Blood Arc, III Cold Blood Arc

It has been announced that the anime film "Kizumonogatari" will be released in January 2016 as a trilogy.

This is the title of the anime adaptation of "Kizumonogatari," the prequel to "Bakemonogatari," the origin of the "<Monogatari>" series, which is based on the bizarre novel by Ishin Nishio. The series was created as a trilogy named after the catchphrase of the key characters: Shot, Acerola Orion, and Heart Under Blade (CV: Maaya Sakamoto). The first installment will be released on January 8, 2016.

General director is Akiyuki Shinbo, director is Tatsuya Oishi, character design is by Akio Watanabe and Hideyuki Morioka, music is by Satoru Kamizaki, and animation production is by Shaft.
