TV anime "Nijiiro Days" to start in January 2016! Key visual and voice actor audition information also released!

Broadcasting of the TV anime "Nijiiro Days" is set to begin in January 2016. A key visual and information on voice actor auditions have also been released.



Nijiiro Days" is an anime based on Minami Mizuno's shoujo manga serialized in Bessatsu Margaret. It depicts the daily lives of four high school boys: a girlish type, a flirtatious type, a smiling dorky type, and an otaku ky type, and is a coming-of-age school story that begins when one of them develops a crush on a girl in a different class. The series is directed by Amino Tetsuro, supervised by Tomihiko Okubo, composed by Aki Itami, and produced by Production Lead.

The broadcast start date has been set for January 2016. In addition, a key visual has been released. The visual is a refreshing illustration of the four main characters, Natsuki Hashiba (CV: Sadaaki Matsuoka), Tomoya Matsunaga (CV: Takuya Ebuta), Keiichi Katakura (CV: Nobunaga Shimazaki), and Tsuyoshi Naoe (CV: Koki Uchiyama), all good friends, lined up against the rainbow sky.


In addition, information on the voice actor audition has also been released. The audition will be held in collaboration with Karaoke DAM "DAM★Tomo" from October 15 to November 23, and anyone can easily apply for the audition from Karaoke stores with DAM★Tomo cameras nationwide. The winner of the audition will have the opportunity to play the role of Mr. Ishida in the sixth episode of the TV anime, and appear in the full-length anime. Five winners will be selected by lottery from among those who were not selected, and will have a chance to win a poster advertising the program.
