A new Jiro-style mazesoba noodle restaurant "MAZERU" is expected to open in Kanda on November 2.
The location is under the elevated railway tracks near the east exit of Kanda Station, near the Jiro-style ramen restaurant "Mahiru. It is located at 2-12-13 Kajicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
This will be the third MAZERU ramen restaurant, following the first in Akihabara and the second in Yoyogi (*closed).
The Akihabara store, which has been in operation since February 2011, offers two types of noodles, salt and soy sauce, with a regular serving (200 g of noodles) priced at 700 yen each, a large serving (300 g of noodles) at +100 yen, a special serving (400 g of noodles) at +200 yen, and extra pork for +200 yen. Free toppings include yasai, garlic, abura, karame, and cheese.

The restaurant opened on November 30, about a month later than originally planned. It is located at the former site of Mahiru, a Jiro-style ramen restaurant that closed on November 20. Prices differ between soy sauce (700 yen) and salt (750 yen) flavors, and free toppings include yasai, garlic, abura, karame, cheese, and raayu.
