Jiro-kei Ramen "Tachikawa Mashashashi" opens in Ochanomizu on October 31! Fifth location following Kanda!

Tachikawa Mashashashi-shi No. 5 will open on October 21, 31.

It will be located at 2-4-10 Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, in front of Ochanomizu Station, around the former site of the "Hakata Ryu Ryuken Ochanomizu Honten" tonkotsu ramen restaurant?

This is the fifth branch of Tachikawa Mashimashi, a rapidly expanding Jiro-style ramen restaurant centered in Tachikawa, and follows the Kanda Ekimae branch that opened in August.

The Kanda branch offers the same price (750 yen for 150g/200g/300g noodles, 450g for large with an additional 100 yen), and as the name suggests, the official call for free toppings (yasai, garlic, abura, and karaume) is "mashimashi" (=double). There is also a unique free service of replacing the noodles with tofu. Mashi pork is available for an additional 150 yen. In addition to tsukemen and soup-less soup, the restaurant also offers "mashi rice" made with rice and minced pork.

[Additional note].
Due to construction, the opening has been postponed to October 31. Closed on Sundays. Table-top equipment includes kaeshi (calamé), pepper, vinegar, capsicum, and chopped garlic. Lengue available, disposable chopsticks available (no eco-friendly chopsticks), tissues available.
