Waffle specialty store "Crazed Waffle" to open on November 20 at Yodobashi Akiba 1F!　World Liquor Importers' first sweets business

A waffle shop "CRAZED WAFFLE" will open on November 20.

The location is on the 1st floor of Yodobashi Akiba, either on the site of the Resona Bank Yodobashi Camera Akihabara Branch Office and Travelex Akihabara Store, which closed on September 15, or on the site of Cold Stone Ice Cream Shop, which is open for a limited time until October 25.

This is a waffle specialty store operated by World Liquor Importers, Inc., a trading company specializing in the import and sale of foreign beer, well known for the World Beer Museum in Tokyo Skytree and the beer restaurant "Craft Beer Tap " opened on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Akiba. This is the company's first sweets shop.

The waffles are characterized by their elongated shape, which overturns the conventional image of waffles, and are made with "Lescure" butter from Charentes-Poitou, France, which was certified as an AOC (a designation given to excellent agricultural products in France) for the first time, and "Kitahonami" brand wheat produced in Hokkaido. They are baked in the store to a crispy and fluffy texture. In addition to plain, chocolate, and green tea with sugar coating, the bakery offers about 30 kinds of regular menu items and seasonal menu items.

Open from 9:30 to 22:00 (scheduled), year-round.
