Digimon Adventure tri." is the latest in the Digimon series, a sequel to the original "Digimon Adventure. The story is depicted as a film in six chapters. The film is directed by Keitaro Motonaga, with series composition by Yuko Kakihara and character design by Atsuya Uki. Digimon Adventure tri." (6 chapters) is the latest work to commemorate the 15th anniversary of "Digimon Adventure" and is a sequel to the first "Digimon Adventure" series. The first chapter, "Digimon Adventure tri. Chapter 1: Reunion," had its premiere screening in Tokyo on March 23.
On stage, Natsuki Hanae (Taichi Yagami), Suzuko Mimori (Sora Takenouchi), and M.A.O. (Hikari Yagami) appeared on stage in their high school uniforms, dressed in their roles as the main character Taichi and his friends.
Hanae, who says she watched the first generation "Digimon" in real time when she was in elementary school, commented on her role as Taichi, "I'm nervous and trembling to be standing here now, because I'm Taichi. Because it's Taichi, you know? I thought I would never get to play Taichi as a high school student, so I'm very excited. Mimori, who voices Sora, Taichi and Yamato's childhood friend, said, "Sora is worried about both Taichi and Yamato and is like a mother to them. If I had to describe her in one word, I would say she is maternal. I hope I can bring out this motherhood and envelop everyone. While the cast of Taichi and the other eight "chosen children" has been completely renewed, the highlight of the film is that the cast playing the Digimon has not changed. When asked about the recording sessions, all three said, "I was very nervous at first. Hanae, who was particularly anxious about how the senior voice actors would treat them, recalls, "I was afraid that they would say in Agumon's voice, 'Hey you guys! When I greeted Mr. Tokumitsu, who played Tailmon, and he said, "Partner, I'm looking forward to working with you from now on," I thought I was going to cry.
Since this film depicts "chosen children" who have grown up from elementary school students, Hanae was asked about her own high school days.
