TV anime "Macross Delta" announces staff and storyline!　New diva chosen from 8,000 people!

A production announcement for the TV anime "Macross Delta" was held on October 29.

This is a new work in the popular "Macross" series, which is based on transforming robots, songs, and love triangles. The fact that approximately 8,000 applications were received for the audition to select a voice actress and singer for the heroine, held before the official announcement, shows the high level of interest in this work.

At the production presentation titled "Choujiku" Production Presentation," in addition to the general director, Shoji Kawamori, the winner of the new diva audition, Minori Suzuki (18 years old), and the main staff attended the event. In addition to their introduction, new information about the characters, mecha, and story, as well as two new key visuals and the latest PV were also shown. The story takes place eight years after F, on a planet on the edge of space, and the main characters are five aerial knights and five divas from the "Kingdom of the Wind. One of the divas, Freya Vion, who has come out of the countryside of the galactic frontier with a yearning for the tactical music unit Valkyrie, is played by Ms. Suzuki. This time, there will be musical scenes unique to the unit, and the joint operation with the Valkyrie unit will be a highlight. The new Valkyrie "VF-31 Siegfried" is a development of the YF-30 and features a mini gun pod that looks like a ton fur.
