A maid café where chubby girls serve you opens in Akihabara!　The "Chubby Maid Café & Bar Shangrila

On November 11, "Muchipocha Maid Cafe & Bar Shangrila" will open. It will be located on the fourth floor of a building along Kanda Myojin Dori owned by the chopstick specialty store "Chopstick Katsu Honten.

Shangrila is a new type of maid café by "NEWTYPE," a transvestite bar on Akihabara's Junk Street. The café aims to become an ideal Shangri-La for male customers by featuring "chubby girls," a recent boom trend, as its employees and emphasizing the "motherly" and "healing" qualities of chubby girls.

The cuisine is centered on Italian dishes using organic vegetables. The main feature of the menu is organic vegetable pizza baked from scratch by an Italian chef in a stone oven that can be seen from the seats. In addition, BUN COFFEE, an Australian organic coffee shop in Ichigaya, Tokyo, offers six types of blended coffee using an authentic espresso machine and latte art service by a chubby maid. In addition, original fried food by Iku Arino, a self-proclaimed fried food idol, is available.

Open from 11:00 to 23:00, year-round. Seating capacity is approximately 50. The shop will be open in the "NEW TYPE" male girl cafe & bar as a pre-opening until November 27.
