Anime film "KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm" announces seven new characters/cast members!　Kabuki, delinquent, sergeant, sisterly, tsundere, etc.

New characters/cast members have been announced for the anime film "KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm," which will be released on January 9, 2016.

The film is a spin-off starring the popular male unit "Over The Rainbow" from the TV anime "Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live" that aired from April 2013 to March 2014, and is set in the "Prism King Cup" held once every four years. (CV: Tetsuya Kakihara), Hiro (CV: Tomoaki Maeno), and Kazuki (CV: Toshiki Masuda), who are all taking on new challenges. The catch copy is "Go beyond the rainbow! . The shocking "formal costume version" advance ticket illustration depicting five nude beautiful boys has been the talk of the town, and now the new characters and cast have been unveiled: Junta Terashima will play Shin Ichijo, a fresh new member who joins Edel Rose as a junior member of Over The Rainbow and wants to become a prismatic star like Hiro Hayami, The new members are: Souma Saito as Tachibana Yukinojo, the princess of the Kabuki world; Yu Hatanaka as Kagami Taiga, a street-style break dancer who entered the school because of his admiration for Kazuki; Tak Yashiro Taku as Juouin Kakeru, the heir to the Juouin zaibatsu and a very rich man; Masashi Igarashi as Takaragi Minato, a big brother who listens to everyone's problems; and a girlish boy named Nishizono who is like a little sister to the students. The younger brother of Ito Ryono, Yu Uchida of "Happy Rain♪" (a unit in Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live), is played by Yuma Uchida.

I was surprised and happy to hear that I will be playing Koji in Pretty Rhythm after a long absence. I can't wait to start recording. I was surprised to see that the sequel came so long after the main story ended and that the main character was changed to a man. Since the anime was broadcasted, the male side was also portrayed, so I was happy to see that my efforts were connected with the male side. The "Kazuki" I play is a too-hot, too-serious, too-good-to-be-true, too-living free spirit! Burning in the heart! He was such a character. I want Kazuki to have the same beliefs in the movie version.
