Brass Band Mystery Anime "Haruchika" Announces Second Cast!　Natsuki Hanae, Haruka Chisuge, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Masami Seto, Nobuhiko Okamoto, etc.

The second cast has been announced for the TV anime "Haruchika: Haruta to Chika wa Seishun suru," which will start in January 2016.

Haruchika: Haruta to Chika wa Seishun suru" is an anime work based on the "Haruchika" series of short mystery novels by Haru Hatsuno. It is a school mystery in which a childhood friend duo, flute player Chinatsu Homura and horn player Shunta Kamijo, who belong to a brass band on the verge of being discontinued, solve crimes that occur within the school, and is also a coming-of-age story about their attempt to compete in a national competition. The staff consists of Masakazu Hashimoto, director of "TARI TARI," Reiko Yoshida, series compositionist of "K-ON! series; character design by Namaniku ATK (Nitroplus) of "Chaika of the Coffin Princess"; and character design by Asako Nishida of "Love Live! Character design is by Asako Nishida of "Love Live! The animation is produced by P.A.WORKS.

The second part of the cast has been released this time. Shinjiro Kusakabe, a music teacher who was a promising conductor but is now the brass band advisor, is played by Natsuki Hanae; Keisuke Katagiri, the brass band president and trumpet player, is played by Seiichiro Yamashita; Miyoko Narushima, an oboe player who has competed in Fumonkan during her middle school years, is played by Haruka Sensuge, a first-year high school student. Maren Sei, a Chinese-American with saxophone experience but a ghost member of the club, is played by Nobunaga Shimazaki; Naoko Serizawa, a clarinet player aiming to become a professional, is played by Asami Seto; Akari Goto, an energetic bass trombone player who leads the first-year members, is played by Yuki Yamada; and Serizawa's childhood friend, Kazuo Hiyama, a percussionist, is played by Nobuhiko Okamoto. Serizawa's childhood friend, Hiyama Kaio, is played by Okamoto Nobuhiko. A character drawing by Asako Nishida, who is in charge of character design, has also been released.

In addition, the opening theme song will be sung by fhána and the ending theme song by ChouCho.
