As previously reported, the restaurant area on the 8th floor has been renewed as "YYY Gourmet," with the opening of the first phase of 13 restaurants on October 2, followed by the second phase of 17 restaurants on November 20. This completes a total renovation of 4,000 square meters, making it one of the largest restaurant areas in Akiba. A total of 30 stores will cater to the needs of a wide range of customers, including overseas tourists. Business hours are from 11:00 to 23:00 for all stores.

The free aisle on the first floor will also be completely renovated as "Wai Wai Marche," with a total of six stores opening. This will bring the total number of stores to eight. In addition to a lineup of bakery items, crepes, waffles, and takoyaki (octopus dumplings), there is also a "karaage bar" where customers can toast on the terrace, creating an unusual atmosphere.
