Winter anime "GATE JSDF: His Land, His Battlefield" announces theme song!　The ED theme is sung by three main cast members.

A new theme song has been announced for the TV anime "GATE: Jie-Gate Jiei He no Chi de, Soku Sen-eri", which will start its second season in January 2016.



GATE: SDF, His Land, This Fighting" is an anime based on the light novel of the same title (written by Takumi Yanai) currently being published by Alpha Light Bunko. It is a fantasy in which Japan's Ground Self-Defense Force is active in a different world, making full use of modern weapons, and the first season was broadcast from July to September 2015. Directed by Naohiko Kyogoku of "Love Live! The series is composed by Tatsuhiko Urahata of "Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere", character design by Jun Nakai of "Silver Spoon", and produced by A-1 Pictures.

A new theme song was revealed this time. The artists are the same as those of the first season, and the opening theme is "GATE Ⅱ ~Over the World~" by Kyodan Kishida & THE Meisei Rockets. The ending theme will be sung by Rowley (CV: Risa Taneda), Tuka (CV: Hisako Kanemoto), and Lelei (CV: Nao Higashiyama), and a CD will be released for each character that includes solo versions by the respective voice actors.
