SAMSUNG has released theMZHPV512HDGL-00000, an AHCI-compatible M.2 SSD with 512GB capacity.




The MZHPV512HDGL-00000 is part of thecompany'sSM951 series ofM.2 SSDsand features an ultra-fast transfer rate of 2,150 MB/sec read. The NVMe-compatible model "MZVPV512HDGL-00000" of the same series, a high-speed M.2 SSD with 512GB capacity, was released at the end of last month.

The main specifications are:read: 2,150 MB/sec, write: 1,500 MB/sec, random read: 90,000 IOPS, random write: 70,000 IOPS, PCI Express 3.0 x4 connection interface, and Type 2280 board size.
