Young Black Jack" TV anime will turn Animate Ikebukuro black!　The dress code for event participants is also "Black"!

The TV anime "Young Black Jack" currently airing will hold a collaboration event with animate.



Young Black Jack" is an anime adaptation of the manga "Young Black Jack," based on Osamu Tezuka's masterpiece "Black Jack," set in the 1960s and depicting the unknown past of a man named Kuroo Makuro who later becomes the genius surgeon Black Jack. Directed by Mitsuko Kase of "Ristorante Paradiso" and "The Last Weapon Girlfriend," series composition and supervisor Ryosuke Takahashi of "Firebird" and "Armored Trooper Votoms," and animation production by Tezuka Productions.

To commemorate the release of the first volume of the Blu-ray & DVD, an animate Ikebukuro jack event will be held on December 22. On the same day only, the event venue at animate Ikebukuro will be dyed black, and a panel exhibition of "Young Black Jack" will also be held. In addition, event tickets will be distributed to the first 100 customers who pre-order and purchase the first volume of Blu-ray&DVD at the target store after December 1. They will be able to participate in a talk event, a Christmas present drawing, and a hand-off event with Yuichiro Umehara, who plays the role of the black man in the film. Since this is a "Jack in Black" event, the dress code for participants is also "Black".
