First ever rugby anime "ALL OUT! announced the cast!　Yoshimasa Hosoya plays the role of Rakuya Akayama, the captain of the number eight team.

The cast of the TV anime "ALL OUT! The cast has been announced.

ALL OUT! is an anime work based on a manga by Amase Shiori. It is based on high school rugby and depicts the passionate adolescence of attractive characters, centering on two uneven characters of opposite heights and personalities. Recently, rugby fever has been increasing in Japan due to the World Cup, and this is the first ever work based on rugby to be made into a TV anime.

This time, the main cast has been unveiled. The members of the Kanagawa High School Rugby Club are: Shoya Chiba as Kenji Gion, a novice freshman who is small but has a strong competitive spirit; Hayato Adachi as Sumiaki Ishimizu, a tall but timid freshman with rugby experience; Yoshimasa Hosoya as Takuya Akayama, a junior who is the captain of the number eight team; and the always smiling and caring vice captain. Ryota Osaka plays Mutsumi Hachioji, a third-year student and vice-captain, who is always smiling and caring. Here is what they had to say.

The 8th volume of the original comics will be released on February 23, 2016. The special edition released at the same time will include a drama CD featuring the four aforementioned cast members. A special edition of the first volume will also be released with a drama CD of the same content.

Shoya Chiba

Yoshimasa Hosoya
I am very grateful and happy to play the role of Akayama this time. Rugby itself is not a sport that I am familiar with, so I am not familiar with the rules, but there is a lot of passionate youth in this work. It is not just fun! I never thought I would be playing the role of Hachioji, so I am really surprised.
