Samples of "ScanSuper8," a film scanner for 8mm film, have arrived at Toei Wireless and are now available for order.

The "ScanSuper8" can save 8mm film images as AVI files (resolution: 1,920 x 1080 dots/1,280 x 720 dots ) by connecting it to a PC with the included scanning software "CyberView S8" installed via USB.

The main specifications are as follows: the connection interface is USB 2.0, and the reading speed is 2 images/5 seconds. Output size is 1,920 x 1080 dots/1,280 x 720 dots. Other features include: sensor: CMOS, light source: white LED, image type: 24-bit, focus: fixed. Windows 7/8/10 (32bit/64bit), MacOS X 10.5-10.10. Included are a USB cable, power adapter, scanning software CD "CyberView X8" (Win/Mac), and English user manual (Japanese version in preparation). English user manual (Japanese version is in preparation) is included.
