Winter Anime "Grimgal of Ashes and Illusions" Announces Additional Characters/Cast!　Tomokazu Seki, Daisuke Namikawa, Hiroki Yasumoto, Mamiko Noto

Additional characters/cast members have been announced for the TV anime "Grimgaru of Ashes and Fantasy," which will start in January 2016.



Grimgal of Ashes and Illusions" is an anime work based on the light novel by Ao Jumonji. It is a fantasy work depicting a protagonist who has no memory and struggles to survive in the world of Grimgaru, a world he suddenly wandered into, The animation is produced by A-1 Pictures, and the main cast includes Fukutsugu Ochiai, the eldest son of Chunichi Dragons GM Hiromitsu Ochiai, who won three triple crowns as a player and has been working as a voice actor for Aoni Productions since April 2015.

The additional character's set-up drawing and cast have now been unveiled. The provocative and intimidating Renji is played by Tomokazu Seki, the always aloof Kikkawa is played by Daisuke Namikawa, the radical onee Britney is played by Hiroki Yasumoto, the director of the volunteer corps office, and Barbara, a domineering teacher who gives lessons at the Thieves' Guild, is played by Mamiko Noto.

In addition, Nobunaga Shimazaki (playing Manato) will appear in a special Nico Live program (http://live.nicovideo.jp/gate/lv242303746) to be distributed on December 2 at 22:00. Other performers include Mikako Komatsu (playing Yume), Haruka Terui (playing Shihol), and MC Ken Washizaki.
