Tamayura held "Tamayura no Hi" for the fourth time in two years in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture!　Report on "Tamayura Day," which marked the graduation one step ahead of the main event.

From the anime "Tamayura: Graduation Photo," here is a report on the "Tamayura Day 2015" event held in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture from October 31 to November 1.

Set in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, the "Tamayura" series depicts the daily lives and modest dreams of high school student Sawatari Kaede, who loves photography, and the people around her, and was introduced in 2010 as the OVA "Tamayura," in October 2011 as the first TV anime season "Tamayura: hitotose-," and in July 2013 as the second TV anime season " Tamayura ~Moagureshibu~" was broadcast in July 2013 and gained popularity as a daily healing animation. The concluding four-part work, "Tamayura: Graduation Photo," will be sequentially screened from April 2015.

The fourth "Tamayura Day" event, following those held in 2010, 2011, and 2013, was held from October 31 to November 1. It was the last "Tamayura Day," and a wide variety of events were prepared, including stage events attended by staff and cast members, "Tamayura Murder Case II," "Momonekosama Hero Show," "Momonekorikaru Parade," etc. r and other large volume events were held over the two days. The festival was also held on the same day as Takehara City's annual event "Konyaku-no-michi," which also appears in the play, and the townscape preservation district and "Aifuru 316," a shopping street in front of the station, were bustling with visitors.

　Day 1 / October 31
Tamayura Day 2015 - Opening
The first stage event of "Tamayura Day 2015" was "Tamayura Day 2015 - Opening" held on October 31 at noon at the Takehara Civic Center. On stage, the clubroom of the Takehara Minami High School Photography Club, the resting place of the main character, Kaede Sawatari, and her friends, was recreated. First to appear were Aya Uchida, who plays Takumi Shindo, a new character in "Tamayura: Graduation Photos," and Mayu Iizuka, who plays Suzune Maekawa. Also appearing were Ayana Taketatsu playing Kaede Sawatari, Kana Asumi playing Kaoru Hanawa, and Yuko Gitake playing Maon Sakurada, who performed a small play by the "Gekidan Tamayura. Director Junichi Sato also appeared in the role of "Uncle Wizard," a mysterious character who is rumored to have an advantage in casting if he has a picture of himself in the film. The audience was excited to see the director in a costume, which has become a tradition at Tamayura events.
In the "Tamayura Talk" corner, the past "Tamayura Day" was reviewed and this year's project was also introduced. The cast members seemed to be interested in projects such as "Tamayura Murder Case II" and "Momoneko-sama Hero Show.
In the "Let's Sing the School Song" corner, Director Sato, music director Yasuno Sato, and manager Horikawa of "Okonomiyaki Horikawa" in the townscape preservation district appeared as Bo*ro*d. As an example, the school song of "Takehara Minami High School" was performed. Then all the students of Takehara Minami High School (audience guests in the hall) sang the song together, and the sound was recorded. This school song is available on the official website.
During the reading corner by the cast members, Momoneko-sama also appeared in a hero show version. The audience was excited.
In the final greeting by the performers, Ms. Iizuka, who participated in "Tamayura no Hi" for the first time, was so moved that she cried. Both co-stars and fans looked on with smiles at this first-time appearance.

Tamayura Day 2015 - In the Bamboo Lights
In the evening of October 31, the "Tamayura Day" annual event was held at Shorenji Temple. The same as the opening event, the six members of the group - Mr. Taketatsu, Mr. Asumi, Mr. Gitake, Ms. Uchida, Mr. Iizuka, and Director Sato - gave a talk, which was very lively.
At 5:00 p.m., when the "Longing for the Road" began, the lighting ceremony of the bamboo lanterns was held. All the performers wrote their wishes on the bamboo lanterns, which they lit themselves, and then announced their wishes.
Director Sato: "Let's put everyone's wishes on the bamboo lanterns and send them to the world.
Mr. Taketatsu: "May I come back to Takehara as many times as I want!
Asumi: "May everyone's wishes come true with the power of Tamayura's wonderful and mysterious miracles.
Mr. Gitake: "I will continue to be a joyful me from now on. That's what I promised you!
Ms. Uchida: "May you cherish every day with a smile on your face..."
Ms. Iizuka: "May we be able to say "Tadaimasu" here next year.
As the sun set and the faint light of the bamboo lanterns became more beautiful, Mr. Nobuyuki Nakajima, who created the background music for "Tamayura," gave a piano performance. When four songs were performed, including a solo piano version of "Kakero", the theme song of "Tamayura: Graduation Photo", Shorenji was enveloped in an even warmer "Tamayura" atmosphere.

Momonekorikaru Parade
On Saturday, October 31, from 9:00 p.m., a parade was held at "Aifuru 316" featuring the giant Momoneko-sama on a truck, fan volunteers, and local people. The parade, which was first held on Tamayura Day 2013, is now in its fourth iteration and has become a regular event. The parade was high-spirited to the rhythm of Momoneko Ondo and Momoneko Samba. At the end of the parade, Director Sato and Mr. Gitake appeared on stage. They joined in the excitement with the many participants.
