Winter Anime "Activ Raid - Mobile Assault Room Section 8" Announces New Additional Cast Members!　Toru Okawa, Kosuke Toriumi, Hikaru Midorikawa, Sayaka Ohara, etc.

New additional cast members have been announced for the TV anime "Active Raid - Mobile Assault Room No. 8," which will start in January 2016.

Active Raid" is a new original TV anime by Flying Dog. Set in Tokyo in the near future, it is an action work about police officers who solve crimes using high-powered reinforced exoskeletons called "Will Wear." The general director is Goro Taniguchi of "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" and "Gun X Sword," the director is Noriaki Akitani of "Dandelion in Castle Town," and the original character design is by Shun Saeki of "Shokugeki no Soma" and Asako Nishida of "Love Live! The animation character design is by Asako Nishida of "Love Live! The animation is produced by Production Images.

The new additions to the cast have now been unveiled. The new cast members include Toru Okawa as Yasuharu Funasaka, the section chief of the 8th section, who has strong connections in various fields and is a follow-up to the extreme behavior of all the members; Saori Onishi as Yen Amano, a quiet, unassuming library-board type operator; and Hiroki Toriumi as Association, a private engineer sent by the Japan Exoskeleton Council, a business partner, to maintain and adjust the Will Wear. Mr. Kyokai, who is in charge of the Association, is played by Kosuke Toriumi, Kotaro Inagi by Hikaru Midorikawa, Eriko Kominato by Sayaka Ohara, and Dock by Taiki Yamashita.

In addition, the broadcast start date and time on TOKYO MX has been set for January 7 at 22:00. It will also be broadcast on TV Aichi, Suntelevi, and KBS Kyoto. An advance screening event will be held at the Human Trust Cinema Shibuya from 20:30 on December 25. Details will be announced later.
